Born in Boston to David, Betsey, and Alex Lebow, Max spent most of his childhood claiming he was from New York City. There is video evidence. There is also video evidence of Max as Chip in Beauty and the Beast with MTC at the early age of four. More regional and scholastic theater inevitably lead Max to a drama education at New York University and The Moscow Art Theater. After graduating from NYU Tisch, Max filmed his television debut on A Crime to Remember. Max went on to play the leading role in Fountain and Never, a pilot with Stonestreet Studios, and then created The Fourth of July, which was accepted to Cannes Marche du Film. Max just played the lead in a new play with the Up Theater Company called Lost/Not Found. Max's second film, 1985, is almost complete and bound for the festival circuit. Currently Max is developing a feature film and a pilot for production companies/studios in Los Angeles and interning with Birdman's Molly Conners.
